Jamie got her start in wrestling by training at Jason Knight's "House of Pain Pro Wrestling Dojo." She came into TNA/Impact at the start of the new Knockout division with the then brand new Knockouts Championship. Velvet later formed the most popular women's tag team of all the "The Beautiful People" with Angelina Love. She won the Knockouts Tag Team Championship with Lacey Von Erich & Madison Rayne as part of a new version of the Beautiful People. Date: February 16th, 2012 Show: Impact Recap: The Knockouts have an over the top battle royal to determine the #1 contender to Gail Kim's Knockouts Championship. Velvet is one of the last 3 Knockouts standing with Sarita and Angelina Love. Angelina & Sarita double team Velvet and keep her down as long as they can. As Angelina is trying to throw Velvet out Sarita take advantage and throws Angelina out. It's down to just Velvet and Sarita. As Sarita is charging Velvet she pulls the bottom rope down and Sarita goes flying over it. Velvet has won the battle royal....so we think. Madison runs in from ringside and throws Velvet out making her the official # 1 contender. Detailed Results

Knockouts Tag Team Match: Sarita & Rosita v. Mickie James & Velvet Sky.
They gave the Knockouts about 25-30 minutes in the ring and it wasn’t all that bad. Funny spot where Rosita thought she had grabbed Velvet’s arm to wrench it on the ropes facing the crowd but had really grabbed Sarita’s arm. Faces were over big time.
The IMPACT WRESTLING Post Show includes recaps of this week’s episode of IMPACT WRESTLING. We hear from the lovely Velvet Sky on the situation in the Knockouts’ locker room and her view on Traci Brooks helping her. Brian Kendrick talks about retaining the X Division Championship against Abyss in an Ultimate X Match and is surprised by Austin Aries who gives him some advice on what to do with the belt. Don West’s deal is absolutely insane with the new autographed 8×10 special available now at ShopTNA.com. All of this and more on the IMPACT WRESTLING Post Show!
Velvet Sky is walking in the back with Traci Brooks and Velvet wants to know why Traci wants ODB and Jackie back but Traci tells Velvet to trust her.
Velvet Sky and Traci are in the ring and Traci tells ODB and Jackie how she know that they like to crash the party through the back door, but they are invited to come to the ring. ODB and Jackie make their way to the ring.
Traci says that she didn’t want to be caught in the middle but after seeing what they did to Velvet, she couldn’t stand back. Traci reminds them that she was the original Knockout and if it wasn’t for her, none of them would have their jobs. Traci says that she did not complain when she was told that her time was up. Traci says that she knows how this business works. She tells ODB and Jackie to be thankful that Velvet did not press criminal charges against them.
ODB says that she would be happy to end this after putting her foot up Velvet’s Barbie doll ass. ODB says that they lost their jobs when Velvet started rubbing all over the ropes and management went goo goo ga ga over her and brought in Velvet clones. She says that it has turned into a Hawaiian Tropicana Hooter’s Invitational. That means that there is no room for the asskicking women like her or Jackie.
Velvet says that she wasn’t Velvet Sky when she was growing up. She was the runt who was being beaten up through high school. There were days when she didn’t want to go on the school bus but she didn’t tell anyone. She didn’t want them to worry about her. As she got older, she was no longer going to be a victim. She wasn’t going to be pushed around and get bullied.
She says that is why the day she came to the company was the happiest day of her life. It was the greatest gift she ever could have received. She says that she earned it. Every broken bone or pulled muscle, she earned it. She says that she doesn’t owe anyone an apology for anything. She understands how they feel because this is one of the toughest businesses to survive in. She says that Jackie knows what she means. She suggests that if they want a job in TNA, ask for a job or showcase what they can do in the ring and earn their jobs.
Velvet says that they can fight week after week and she will be the last one standing. She tells them to do whatever they want to do, but Velvet says that she is done being everyone’s punching bag.

It’s that time of week again for the Impact Wrestling spoilers. Below are the spoilers for this Thursday nights (July 28th) Impact. Click Show Spoilers below to check out what happens before it all airs.
Velvet Sky and Traci Brooks come out for a promo. Traci says she is issuing a personal invite to ODB and Miss Jackie. They walk down the ramp. Traci says she was the original Knockout. She says that TNA asked her to move aside to make room for fresh faces. Traci says that she didn’t try to jump over people like Velvet. This ends tonight.
ODB says that she and Jackie didn’t lose her jobs until Velvet started rubbing herself all over the ropes. Velvet left no room for the real ass-kicking women.
Velvet takes the mic and talks about how she was bullied when she was younger. As she grew older, she told herself she was not going to be a victim. Velvet Sky and Miss Tessmacher beat Rosita and Sarita. Earl Hebner was introduced and came out to the “you screwed Bret ” chants. He then got in the ring, took off his shirt to show a t-shirt that read, “Yes I Did.” Pretty funny stuff as Hebner taunted the crowd. Velvet Sky is incredibly hot as she shook her ass all over the place. Especially for the National Guard guys at the top of the ramp. Rosita and Sarita worked over Miss Tess for a bit keeping her from the tag. A decent USA chant broke out, kinda weird but okay. Tess made the hot tag to Sky who cleared the ring. Sky knocked Rosita into Earl Hebners arms who then kissed her. He then did the Ric Flair walk as Sky rolled her up for the Pin.
During intermission The Guitar folk were led backstage where we were basically in an open grass patch (welcome to Delaware). I turned around and Mr. Anderson was right there along with AJ Styles, Crimson and Beer Money so we were able to talk to them and get autographs. Our Jeff Jarrett guitar has like 10 signatures on it, so it is pretty cool!! We then headed out and met Velvet Sky and Miss Tessmacher so my night was complete!!
Lee South has released 6 limited edition signed Velvet Sky 18×24 posters. 5 are from Velvet’s latest shoot and the other is from Velvet’s Rock ‘N Roll shoot. All will be shipped sometime around August 15th and are all $40. Hurry up while supplies last. Limited amounts are only available.

Time for some HARDCORE COUNTRY! Mickie James comes out to the ring and asks Velvet Sky, her challenger for the evening, to join her in the ring. She’s seen everyone mess with Velvet for months now, blame her for their problems, and try to break her down mentally and physically. She knows what that’s like, so she’s proud to give Velvet her first shot at the Knockouts Title tonight, not because she kissed anyone’s ass, but because she earned it and deserves it. She knows they are going to tear the roof off the Impact Zone, and show everyone why they’re the best women’s division out there today. Oh, and one other thing: she’s walking in the Knockouts Champion and she plans to walk out the champion, so Velvet better bring her A-game. Winter and Angelina Love come out and Angelina reminds them that they all came to TNA to be competitors, and Velvet and Mickie ought to skip the match and go right to the hotel room. It took her a while to understand what Winter has been trying to show her, but now she gets it, and as a five time Knockouts Champion, the one thing all the Knockouts have is total disrespect for her. She’s proven herself over and over, but has never been given her dues, and Winter made her see it was all due to jealousy, and none of the Knockouts want to compete against her because she’s on a level all her own, and it doesn’t matter who wins tonight because the Knockouts Title is coming right back to Angelina. Winter says she’s going to take the Knockouts Title and nobody will ever get their hands on THEIR belt ever again because night is about to fall.
Mickie James and Velvet Sky are backstage, and they’re walking to the Impact Zone.
Knockouts Title Match: Mickie James vs Velvet Sky
Angelina Love and Winter come out and attack Mickie on her way to the ring, and Velvet comes out to make the save. Velvet and Mickie roll Angelina and Winter into the ring and do a double Thesz Press, then continue beating them down until ODB and Miss Jackie come out of the crowd, toss Mickie to the floor, then kick the crap out of Velvet Sky. Winter and Angelina just stand on the floor with satisfied looks on their faces until Traci Brooks comes out of the back to even the odds. She stares down Jackie and ODB, who try to escape up the ramp, but Velvet and company go after her again and we have another pull apart brawl. The babyfaces get herded back into the ring, but Jackie and ODB beat up security and go after the faces again. Officials again try to separate the girls, but have no luck at all as the crowd chants “let them fight” at the whole scene. Two of the security guys stand in front of ODB and tell her she’s got to go, so ODB just kicks one in the nuts and punches the other in the face. Finally, the cops come in and cuff ODB and Jackie and haul them back out through the crowd.
No Match
Velvet Sky is backstage thanking Traci for helping out and saying it’s good to have her back. Traci says she knew that Jackie and ODB wouldn’t honor the contract, and she was here to watch Velvet’s back.

He’s tagged it as an Impact Wrestling photoshoot so I really hope lots more from this shoot comes out very soon.
