Real Name: Jamie Lynn Szantyr AKA: Talia Madison, Velvet Sky DOB: June 2nd 1981 Impact Debut: October 5th, 2007 Birthplace: New Britain, CT Mini Bio: Jamie Szantyr (Talia Madison/Velvet Sky) is currently an Impact Knockout. Jamie got her start in wrestling by training at Jason Knight's "House of Pain Pro Wrestling Dojo." She came into TNA/Impact at the start of the new Knockout division with the then brand new Knockouts Championship. Velvet later formed the most popular women's tag team of all the "The Beautiful People" with Angelina Love. She won the Knockouts Tag Team Championship with Lacey Von Erich & Madison Rayne as part of a new version of the Beautiful People. Date: February 16th, 2012 Show: Impact Recap: The Knockouts have an over the top battle royal to determine the #1 contender to Gail Kim's Knockouts Championship. Velvet is one of the last 3 Knockouts standing with Sarita and Angelina Love. Angelina & Sarita double team Velvet and keep her down as long as they can. As Angelina is trying to throw Velvet out Sarita take advantage and throws Angelina out. It's down to just Velvet and Sarita. As Sarita is charging Velvet she pulls the bottom rope down and Sarita goes flying over it. Velvet has won the battle royal....so we think. Madison runs in from ringside and throws Velvet out making her the official # 1 contender. Detailed Results

TNA Knockout Velvet Sky will join TNAOnDemand.com subscribers in a first-ever ChatTNA “Chat With The Stars” on Sunday, April 17th. Velvet will chat live with our guests for a quick thirty-minute fan interaction offered free for all participants at TNAOnDemand.com. Then, the famous Knockout will grace her presence in an exclusive VIP chat available for anyone who purchases the PPV on TNAOnDemand.com for the entire Lockdown PPV!
To participate in the VIP Chat, simply purchase a single Live PPV or annual PPV pass from TNAOnDemand.com before Lockdown and you will be issued a free pass to the VIP Lounge. Free participants to the thirty minute preshow will need to log into chat at http://www.tnaondemand.com/chat.html.
We go to the locker room where Winter explains to a hypnotized Angelina Love (while helping her drink her water) that Velvet Sky is selfish and jealous and she couldn’t let her keep costing Angelina titles. We go to a video package recapping the history of Winter and the Beautiful People, then we’re off to the ring…
Velvet Sky vs Winter
Velvet rushes Winter and rams her into the corner repeatedly, then she hits a snapmare, kicks Winter in the back,and baseball slides Winter for 2. She follows that up by ramming Winter into the mat, then goes for a monkey flip out of the corner, but Winter moves and yanks her down on the back of her head. Winter with a slam and then stands on Velvet’s throat before tossing her across the ring by her hair. Winter with a side backbreaker for 2 then gets a fireman’s carry, but Velvet slips out and hits a couple of clotheslines and a bulldog. Velvet goes back after Winter when Angelina Love slowly starts walking down the ramp, opening her up for Winter to attack her from behind and choke her on the ropes. Winter hits a cyclone backbreaker and a rear chinlock that causes Velvet to tap out.
Winner: Winter
We then get a closeup of Angelina’s face as Winter continues to choke Velvet out after the match.
We then go to Velvet Sky, who complains about Winter being a bitch and trying to break up the likes of the Beautiful People. “Jason” asks Velvet if she’s ever seen Angelina act like this, and Velvet says no and she believes that Winter has a hold over her, and it’s her duty to help out Angelina and get her out of the trance she’s in because she’s had enough of Winter and her bulls***.

Velvet Sky wants Angelina Love to explain her actions last week. Love, coming out to Winter’s music, attacks Sky and slams her facefirst into a chair, leaving her laying, then walks off.

TNA Knockouts Tag Team champs Rosita & Sarita defeated Angelina Love & Velvet Sky. Love acted all zoned out from Winter’s spell. Winter came out on the stage. Love turned on Sky and left her laying, allowing the champions to get the win.

In late 2007, TNA Knockouts Angelina Love and Velvet Sky formed a professional wrestling stable known as The Beautiful People.
Inspired by real-life socialites Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie, the group is known for their narcissistic gimmick of thinking they are physically superior to all other TNA Knockouts, and their main goal is to “cleanse the world…one ugly person at a time.”
In the years since its formation, The Beautiful People has gone on to become the most successful female stables in professional wrestling history, with five TNA Women’s Knockout Championship reigns and one TNA Knockout Tag Team Championship reigns under its belt.
The stable has become so prominent that even WWE took notice, and created its own version: LayCool.
Unlike LayCool, however, The Beautiful People hasn’t always been made up of its two original members. Cute Kip, Madison Rayne, Lacey Von Erich, and even Angelina Love herself have all joined and left the group at one point or another.

Matt Morgan & Brother Devon vs Hernandez & Anarchia w/ Sarita & Rosita
Devon goes after the other guy and tosses him to the floor while Morgan catches Hernandez on a crossbody and hits a fallaway slam, then takes him to the corner for the rapid fire elbows. Morgan clotheslines Hernandez to the floor and goes after him, but Sarita and Rosita get all up in Morgan and Devon’s faces, so Velvet Sky comes out and goes after the girls. Sarita kicked her while she was down on the ground. Angelina Love walks out to the top of the ramp and slowly comes down, but Winter comes out and yells at Angelina to come back to her. Angelina, apparently hypnotized, walks back up the ramp, stares at Winter, and returns to the back. The fight continues, and Devon gets a flying shoulder tackle to Anarchia, but Anarchia punches him in the back of the head and apparently knocks Devon out and pins him.
Former WWE Diva & Women’s Champion Candice Michelle recently did an interview with Monday Night Mayhem and she mentioned who some of her current favorite TNA Knockouts are. Check out what the former Diva had to say.
After being released from WWE, she said that she wasn’t sure about going back to wrestling, but now she’s pretty sure that she wants to close that chapter of her life and be home with her babygirl. The TNA Knockouts she likes are Velvet Sky, Angelina Love, Madison, and of course her friends from WWE, Tara and Mickie James. When she was a contestant in WWE’s Diva Search, things were different, and that show got more attention. Later, the prize wasn’t as big. She admits that wrestling is the hardest job she’s ever done, besides motherhood.
